Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Font Maker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Font Maker provides tools for creating personal fonts, writing on images, creating signatures, and marking documents. Features may change as the app is improved.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the handwriting, images, documents, fonts, signatures, and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Font Maker to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful material, impersonate others, or interfere with the app or its services.
5. App ownership
Font Maker, its design, and its original software are owned by Jaafar Tools. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.
6. Third-party services
The app may rely on app stores, operating-system features, or other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply. Jaafar Tools is not responsible for services it does not control.
7. Availability and warranties
Font Maker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will meet every requirement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaafar Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or modify or discontinue parts of the service. You may stop using the app at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
